Not sure how much time I have to write before Sam wakes up from her nap, but Matt took Jess to the ER this morning with croup. They’re keeping her overnight b/c it looks like she might have an absess in her throat.  Poor little kid – she spends a lot of time at the [...]

Slap Me Silly

Sam is the tiniest little peanut. She’s really little. I’m not even sure she’s hit 20 lbs yet.  Occasionally folks worry about her getting pushed around because she’s so small.

Last night was one of the worst we’ve had.
Sam woke up right around the time Matt was heading to bed – 9pm.  We tend to let her cry it out and go back to sleep herself, unless it’s obvious that she’s dropped her pacifier and running into the room with a new one for her [...]

It’s been a long week.  It started out as a long week. Usually “long weeks” don’t get that way until at least Tuesday. Nope, this one started out crappy first thing Monday morning.
One of my co-workers got to work early Monday morning and walked over to my cubicle (I was the only one at work [...]
